Want to win tickets to one of the coolest events in Knoxville and hear some of the most acclaimed artists in the world? Go Knoxville and the News Sentinel is giving away tickets to the 2015 Big Ears Festival where you can see Laurie Anderson, Kronos Quartet, Swans and an array of some of the world’s most cutting edge artists.
The winner will receive two tickets to the Big Ears Festival, which will be held Friday, March 27, through Sunday, March 29, at various venues in downtown Knoxville.
To enter visit the Go Knoxville Facebook page or the News Sentinel Facebook page and click the “contests” button and follow the instructions. There is a limit of one entry per person and only legal U.S. residents, 18 and older. The contest is only open to residents living in the following counties: Anderson, Blount, Bradley, Campbell, Claiborne, Cocke, Cumberland, Grainger, Greene, Hamblen, Hawkins, Jefferson, Knox, Loudon, Meigs, Monroe, Morgan, McMinn, Rhea, Roane, Scott, Sevier, Sullivan, Union, Washington, and, Bell and Harlan Counties in Kentucky.
Individuals who have won prizes from promotions sponsored by the Knoxville News Sentinel in the past 90 days are not eligible, nor are employees of Scripps Media or AC Entertainment.
The sweepstakes began at 12:01 a.m. Friday, March 6, and runs through 11:59 p.m. Thursday, March 19. Winners will be selected in a random drawing on March 20 and the winner will be contacted by e-mail. The winner must pick up his or her prize by 5 p.m. Thursday, March 26, at The News Sentinel offices, 2332 News Sentinel, Drive, between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday-Friday.
