From the “Forgotten English” desk calendar, today’s word is Byspelt: “strange, awkward figure … acting contrary to reason or propriety; as if labouring under the influence of a spell.”
I’m sure it’s a coincidence, but does this sound like Donald Trump?
It was so sad to hear that The Donald had dropped his bid for the Republican presidential nomination. The primary is going to be so boring now.

Celebrity businessman Donald Trump has to run for president. He just has to. Without him, the Republican primary
promises to be so incredibly boring.
Trump stories are always a good read, even when he’s being weird. In the last few days, Trump has touted his ‘relationship with the blacks’, sued an Israeli vodka maker and snared the endorsement of actor Gary Busey. And Gawker reports that Trump wants to trade mark the phrase “Trump for Success” to market everything from cologne to shampoo and bubble bath.
Even his hair makes news. Time magazine recently published a diagram describing the Tump combing technique.

Check out this Forbes Q&A with celebrity businessman Donald Trump.
Apparently there is considerable Web talk about a possible presidential run. Never one to shy away from publicity, Trump says he is considering giving it a go.
“The polls are very strong. I am seriously thinking about it,” Trump says in the Q&A.
I never know whether to take The Donald serious, but a Trump run would be entertaining.
Wonder who his running mate would be? Is there another half-term governor out there?
