TN GOP Sets Up ‘Super Tuesday’ Web Page

News release from Tennessee Republican Party:
NASHVILLE, TN – Today, the Tennessee Republican Party officially launched a new web page titled “It’s Tennessee’s Turn.” This web page includes links to voting locations, information on early and absentee voting, details on the state’s new voter ID law, and information on the Republican candidates for President.
The web page also features a live Twitter stream to provide voters with real time updates and results on election night.
“With early voting beginning today for Tennessee’s Presidential Primary, we wanted to provide voters with a one-stop resource for information on our candidates, and address any general voting questions,” said Tennessee Republican Party Chairman Chris Devaney.
“This election will be the first time for voters to express their concern over the direction of our country and the lack of leadership from President Obama. Tennessee voters are eager to get to the polls because they understand that we cannot afford four more years of President Obama’s reckless economic policies,” concluded Devaney.
On election night, voters can receive election updates by subscribing to our text message alert system by texting “TNGOP” to 66502. Real time updates will also be posted on this new web page via Twitter.
Early voting for Tennessee’s Presidential Preference Primary begins today and concludes on Tuesday, February 28th. Election Day is Tuesday, March 6th. Tennessee is one of seven states that will hold its primary on what has become to be known as “Super Tuesday.”
