  1. Displaced_Dad

After learning of today’s recommendations by the Judicial Nominating Commission to Governor Haslam, I see a glimmer of justice being fulfilled in Tennessee. For now, Don Ray Ash doesn’t get a chance to reach the position he has “squashed” others to obtain! Congratulations to these 3 candidates for consideration of the appointment to the Court of Criminal Appeals seat:
    Jeffrey S. Bivins
Circuit Court Judge, 21st Judicial District
    Franklin, Tenn.
    Jeffrey Allen DeVasher
    Assistant Public Defender
Office of the Metropolitan Public Defender
    Nashville, Tenn.
    Mark A. Fulks
Senior Counsel and Appellate Team Leader
Office of the Attorney General & Reporter
    Nashville, Tenn.

  2. Happy With Results

Very pleased to see that Nancy Jones with the TBPR did not secure a spot among the three selected. Many see her job performance at the Board as very poor and appalling. Wake up, Tennessee! She needs to go!
