Short answer: No.
In fact, I think there could be a ton of movement over the final two weeks.
Even then, there are big fish still out there like Adoree Jackson, Vanderbilt refugees like Jashon Robertson, running back options to pursue if Scott commits to South Carolina and defensive tackles like weekend visitor Craig Evans.
Then UT could have to fight to hold on to some current commitments. Cory Thomas, Gavin Bryan and Dewayne Hendrix are all being pursued hard by other programs.
All of this doesn’t consider last-second surprises that the coaches might have up their sleeves or any unknown strategies related to the Vols’ apparent plan to sign more players than they have scholarships for.
Bottom line: I think the next two weeks could be interesting.
