Here’s what the contractor, which manages the Y-12 and Pantex nuclear weapons plants, had to say about that achievement:

“Spent more than $11 million on General Workplace (quality of life) Improvements. Resumed professional development initiatives, to include mentoring, job rotation and professional development workshops; completed cascading level succession plans; launched relational-based leadership training for all managers; and revitalized apprenticeship and internship programs.
