Y-12 contractor working on HEUMF ‘deficiencies’

Asked for response to the DOE review that found some “significant deficiencies” in the management of safety systems at the Highly Enriched Uranium Materials Facility, Y-12 contractor spokeswoman Ellen Boatner provided this statement via email:

“CNS (Consolidated Nuclear Security) is addressing all issues listed in the assessment.”
