Historic Happy Valley still available

News Sentinel staff writer Bob Fowler reports that a surplus 160-acre tract on the Department of Energy’s reservation — the historic site of Happy Valley, home to K-25 construction workers during the WWII Manhattan Project — is still up for grabs.
