DOE fines Fluor B&W Portsmouth

The Department of Energy last week issued a preliminary notice to Fluor B&W Portsmouth for multiple violations of nuclear safety and radiation protection regulations at the Portsmouth D&D project. The notice carries with it a proposed fine of $243,750. Here’s a link to DOE’s release.
