“In her new position, Mosley will manage and direct ORAU’s employee relations and diversity, and oversee the organization’s occupational health functions, services and programs,” today’s announcement said. “Additionally, Mosley will provide advice and consultation to employees, managers and ORAU executives relating to disciplinary processes, human behavior modification, equal employment and affirmative action goals. She will also serve as a technical advisor to the ORAU Diversity Council.”
Mosley has a master’s of business administration in human resources management and a bachelor’s degree in business and management communication, both from Concordia University Wisconsin. She also has associate’s degrees from Milwaukee Area Technical College in the areas of computerized machining technology and industrial engineering.
